1. All flights are applicable on TG OPERATING FLT (TG 3DIGITS) ONLY.
Passenger must travel together (same flight/date)on Outbound sector.
Outbound sector valid on TG operating flight/date shown only.
2. Gv2 : must be issued for minimum of two passengers.
Tickets must be issued by E-TKT only(Paper ticket is allowed for non E-TKT routes only)
3. Ticket numbers of every passengers in the group must be inserted in Fare Calculation box of the last issuing passenger.
4. All taxes and surcharges are excluded.
5. Point to point fare, stopover enroute is not permitted.
6. Child fare is not permitted.
7. Open jaw travel and mixed class travel (excursion fare)both same country and different country
(Same fare basis) is permitted apply 1/2 RT + 1/2 RT.
8. Open date or open ticket is not permitted. Reservation must be made on both outbound and inbound sectors.

INFORMATION FOR YOUR TRAVEL

We would like to inform you about your trip to Singapore as follow:

Hotel Booking only

-         Please present your voucher at hotel reception counter for check in. (some hotels may request more documents, depending on each hotel’s policy)

Package Booking

-         Upon your arrival at Singapore Airport, the driver / tour co-ordinator will be waiting for you at the arrival hall with the sign of your name (s).

-         Kindly present your voucher to the driver / tour co-ordinator to clarify that they have got the right passenger and to verify details of all bookings.  Please take the voucher back and keep with yourself.

-         The driver / tour co-ordinator will give you document with details of all services you booked and pick up time (at hotel lobby) for each tour.

-         Upon your arrival at the hotel, please present your hotel voucher at the reception counter for check in. (some hotels may request more documents, depending on each hotel’s policy)

-         And, in order to re-confirm pick up time for all tours and transfers you have booked, Luxury will send fax message to you at hotel. Kindly check and acknowledge

Remarks

-         Hotel’s normal check out time is before 12.00 hr. If your flight is late afternoon or at night time, please check out according to the check out time.  You may leave your luggage(s) at the hotel reception and collect them later.

-         If you have booking for tours and / or transfers, please be on time for all pick up appointments. The driver / tour co-ordinator can not wait for you as there might be some other guests waiting for them for this join tours / transfers too.

สำหรับท่านที่จองเฉพาะห้องพัก

-         กรุณานำ Voucher ของท่านไปเช็คอินกับเจ้าหน้าที่ฝ่ายต้อนรับของโรงแรมโดยตรงได้เลย (บางโรงแรมอาจจะขอเอกสารอื่นเพิ่มเติม ขึ้นอยู่กับกฎ และข้อบังคับของแต่ละโรงแรม)

สำหรับท่านที่จองเฉพาะทัวร์ แพ็คเก็จ

-         ที่สนามบินสิงคโปร์  เมื่อท่านเดินผ่านประตูทางออก ท่านจะพบเจ้าหน้าที่ของบริษัท  Luxury  ยืนโชว์ป้ายชื่อของท่าน รอรับอยู่ที่ทางออกประตู

-         เจ้าหน้าที่จะให้เอกสารยืนยันรายการทัวร์ตามที่ท่านได้จองมารวมทั้งเวลา pick up (ที่ Lobby ของโรงแรม)ของแต่ละทัวร์ด้วย

-         จากนั้นเจ้าหน้าที่จะนำท่านไปส่งยังโรงแรมที่พัก ตามที่ท่านได้จองไว้ เมื่อไปถึงโรงแรม กรุณานำ Voucher ของท่านไปเช็คอินกับเจ้าหน้าที่ฝ่ายต้อนรับของโรงแรม (บางโรงแรมอาจจะขอเอกสารอื่นเพิ่มเติม ขึ้นอยู่กับกฎ และข้อบังคับของแต่ละโรงแรม)

-         และเพื่อเป็นการยืนยันการ Pick up ทุกรายการทัวร์ที่ท่านจองมา ทาง Luxury จะส่งแฟกซ์แจ้งวัน และเวลา Pick up สำหรับทัวร์ที่จองมาทุกรายการไปให้ท่านที่โรงแรม เพื่อตอบรับทราบกลับด้วย

หมายเหตุ

-         โดยปกติแล้วทางโรงแรมมีกฎให้ทำการเช็คเอ้าท์ ก่อนเวลา 12.00 น. หากเที่ยวบินขากลับของท่านเป็นเวลาเย็น หรือกลางคืน ท่านสามารถทำการเช็คเอ้าท์ ในเวลา 12.00 น. แล้วนำกระเป๋า สัมภาระของท่านฝากไว้กับทางโรงแรมก่อน เพื่อไปพักผ่อน หรือช้อปปิ้งตามอัธยาศัย

-         สำหรับท่านที่มีรายการทัวร์หรือรถรับ-ส่ง กรุณาตรงต่อเวลานัดหมายที่ได้กำหนดด้วย เนื่องจากโปรแกรมทัวร์เป็นแบบ Join ทาง Luxury จะไม่สามารถรอท่านได้

-         ในกรณีมีเหตุฉุกเฉิน เช่น พลาดการนัดหมายกับเจ้าหน้าที่ของบริษัท Luxury หรืออื่น ๆ ท่านสามารถโทรศัพท์ไปยังศูนย์ Hotline 9145-8660 จะมีเจ้าหน้าที่ประจำอยู่ที่ศูนย์ตลอด 24 ชั่วโมง (Office Tel. 6732-4488, 6732-4188  เวลา 8.00น. -  20.00 น.)
